For Make Me A Pro Sports to continue to be the ‘people’s choice for quality service in camps’, we look for the best candidates for the positions we have available. Even though each person we speak with has their own unique personality, we as a company require certain qualities in each individual who becomes part of the Make Me A Pro Team. Everyone on the team must have (i) the desire to make a positive difference in the lives of each camper with whom they interact (ii) great communication and leadership skills with the willingness to grow with the company. As professionals we continually strive to improve our programs through feedback and ongoing training.
Directors Position
The Director position is the foundation of every sports campsite! Their technical knowledge of their individual sport can be easily put to words. Their communication, organizational abilities and leadership can never be questioned. Their selection of coaches to be part of their staff is well appreciated by the campers and their parents.
Coaches Position
Coaches inspire the kids to perform, and are well respected by the parents. They have great communication skills, create a fun environment for learning and are also willing to learn. They assist the director in managing and coordinating groups of campers and aspire to become a Director of Make Me A Pro Sports in the future.
